The Demiris Law Firm, P.C. defeats a conservatorship petition for person and estate at trial

On June 2, 2023, Konstantine A. Demiris, Esq. and Michael A. Schreiber of the Demiris Law Firm, P.C., on behalf of the proposed conservatee's children, prevailed at trial in a conservatorship matter in Contra Costa County Superior Court P21-01488.

The Demiris Law Firm, P.C. was able to preserve the intent of the conservatee who designated two of his children as his agents for health care and financial matters.
