The Demiris Law Firm, P.C. recently

prevailed in a trust litigation matter on behalf of a trustee, in Contra Costa County Superior Court Case number P22-01211, In re: JOHNNY A. BURKES AND MAXINE J. BURKES TRUST AGREEMENT OF 1991. The trustee of the trust was able to obtain an award of nearly $1 million in damages and another $2 million in punitive damages.
