The Demiris Law Firm, P.C. prevails at Trust evidentiary hearing by obtaining an order and judgment for a $300,000 surcharge against former trustee

On April 17, 2025, in Tehama County Superior Court,  Konstantine "Kosta" Demiris, Esq., from the Demiris Law Firm, P.C., obtained an order and judgment in excess of $300,000 at a evidentiary hearing against a former and removed trustee who breached the trust in a myriad of ways, including using trust funds to defend against allegations of breach of trust, by improperly paying such to his prior trust attorneys.  The Court issued an order surcharging the former trustee for use of trust funds in defending against his removal.  Respondent has also been designated a vexatious litigant.
